What should I be seeing for throttle position at idle? Also what should it be at WOT?? I never see 100%, should I or is something wrong?
Thanks for any help in advance.

what is your vehicle?
If it's drive by wire - it won't be zero but probably between 4% and 10%
WOT using the TPS% PID may be 8x%. That PID determines the % of 5 volts reference that the TPS Sensor is indicating not WOT%.
Real WOT% is the ETC %.

The items on the main table of the scanner are the PID's (Parameter ID). The default imperial include Long Term Fuel Trims (SAE), Engine RPM (SAE) etc. If you delete (right click) the Throttle Position (SAE) PID and replace it (right click as well) with ETC Posititon % (under Engine>General) you will get the correct throttle position.
ETC is Electronic Throttle Control
