    GT500 Cat Protection

Hey guys. So I am looking over a log and notice that around 5k rpms my fuel pressure drops, injector duty spikes and I run pig rich. I figure it is due to the catalytic protection that's enabled on my car to keep the cats from cooking. Living in NY I will be keeping them in for the time being. My question is it recommended to increase the temperature of the cat protection or should I just disable it and roll the dice? I would rather not risk washing down a cylinder or max the injectors because of the cats.

    Thanks

raise stage 1 and 2 temps bit and lambda bit higher. I'm running this way my cats and they are still alive.

Sounds good. Running aftermarket boost gauge as well so I’ll keep an eye on boost levels.
