I keep going lean missing and bucking after the stage 4 cam swap, wide band sees 16 and pegs there for a second or two?

I?m only getting 50kpa at 9000 rpm idle spark 18-19, and base air flow around 6.5-8

E67 2008 Hummer h3 with 2011 5.3l ls2 intake ls2 tb, and tsp stage 4 cam. T56 Manual trans

It ran fine with a ls3 cam, I know I?m barley pulling a decent vacuum, is that an issue?

Is there a table for clutch enrichment/engagement?
