you can use this tab and raise the temp. This will keep it in opne loop, BUT, doesnt turn off o2s or stft.. Im looking for the same info

Max closed loop enable temp and make sure open loop fuel trims drop down is set to disabled.
You could always unplug the oxygen sensors and Clear fuel trims then start tuning with a wideband.
