C7Z throttle not opening all the way

Here is log from just now. only seeing low 80% throttle position. any idea why or how i fix this?

maybe it is, different set of config channels.
throttle position sae 84%
throttle position 99%
pedal position 99%

also looks like im getting 7-8* of timing pulled out. so it appears it pulls based on manifold temp, not inlet temp

if your torque model is wrong it will close throttle and retard spark to help output match up with expected power.

You are correct in your findings. The throttle is indeed all the way open. The approximate 84% is WOT.
Also on the LT4 cars the manifold air temp is what is referenced for the inlet air temp multiplier.
