    Camaro doesn't seem to be making the power it should

    Got a A8 Camaro here, Throttle is staying open at WOT, so far at around 20* of timing 93 octane, making around 410whp

    curve looks fine, but just seems like it's down on power. Something obvious i'm missing?

    That tune is kinda weird. You're not commanding enough spark. You're Torque Coefficients were modified incorrectly. VCP spark was taken out at WOT areas and High Octane spark table was not adjusted to compensate. Your Peak Torque table should not have that dip in it. You're also no logging all of the proper torque PIDs. If a professional tuned this car, they don't seem to have much experience tuning GenV stuff.
