2016 CAMMED LT1 issues with WOT

Installed a TEXAS SPEED cam with comp cam phaser limiter.
Got it to start up fine and idle good.
The problem is on the DYNO it feels like I am hitting rev limit around 3500rpm.
PE shows on, but vehicle going rich than crazy lean. I don't have the WIDEBAND logged in the hpl file. I am watching and logging on my Dynojet.
This is my first cammed C7.

if you have phase limiter installed, look into the cam timing as around that rpm is where they start retarding

I am sure you know this, but the point of the forum is to share the fix, not just the problem. So for everyone's future benefit, what was the fix?

YEA, sorry about that. It was really simple, I just needed to read the descriptions and understand what controls start up. Once I did that, I put the vehicle on the dyno and dialed it in.
I am learning these GEN 5s are sensitive to AFRs. It was a learning experience and I have a lot more to learn. I will share more info on my next cammed GEN 5.

We'll never know. He probably hired a tuner and doesn't actually know what fixed it.
