Need a starter tune to get me to a tuner

I just need something to get me going so I can get the car to a tuner for a dyno tune. I was considering also converting the car to SD and losing the MAF if possible since it's gonna be a pain to install with this manifold/tb. The only tuning I have done was the basics for TM and egr, air pump and 02's for emission purposes. Here's a list of the mods I'm doing to it now.

Stock Bore/Stroke 2000 LS1
Lingenfelter GT12 cam .614 0.621
Duration @ 0.050": 227 235 (LSA)115
Street ported 243 heads with Manley Race Flow 2.00/1.55 valves
Ported Dorman LS2 intake with a 92mm WARR throttle body
42lb GTP imjectors
TSP 1-7/8 long tubes with ORY and a Dynomax 3" catback with a race bullet muffler
3200 stall Midwest converter
3.23 gear
Whisper lid
Fast Toys Ram Air
