The log shows about 23 psi
I ended up figuring my issues out, I had to max out some of the exhaust protection parameters and play with the injector timing.
I also lowered the max desired boost a couple psi. The car now feels and pulls 1000x better.
But the throttle still closes for a new reason, the source and log is attached below.
