How to copy complete injector table data

I apologize if this question seems elementary, but I'm getting re-acclimated to what has now after a considerable layoff become a new tool for me all over again (VCM editor) and I can't seem to come up with anything appropriate on a search. I need to know how to copy the complete injector table data from a source file into my target tuning file, since I've gone up in injector size on my G8 6.0. I of course understand how to block copy and paste the flow values from the source file to the target file, but the injectors I've installed have different pressure delta column values than the target tuning file. I know there must be a way simply to replace the "Injector Flow Rate vs. Pressure Delta" table in my tuning file with the one I wish to use, but am at a loss as to how to do it. Come someone please help?

There's not. You'll have to convert and/or interpolate the data.
