E67 Transient Fuellin and VE Question

Hi, I have a couple of questions I'm wondering if anyone can answer?

1. Can anyone tell me if the VE table (or coefficients, etc in this case) is used with a stock standard MAF tune from GM/Holden?
FYI, my car is an LSA powered HSV if that helps?
Basically should the VE coefficients be tuned with a boost upgrade or are they not used?

2. Can anyone point me to some information regarding transient fuelling tuning for these PCMs?

Sorry for the noob questions; I've only ever dealt with LS1 PCMs running mafless.

the stock tune uses a maf/vve blend up to ????rpm then the maf is primary, would be best to go over the vve if any changes are made, transients should be some good info here i had links to alot of stuff but lost it all
