    Question 6021 vs 6023

My mpvi pro has come up missing. I know I have to go through my insurance to recover my $$ and repurchase my credits. The main issue is that the mpvi2 pro is not out and does not support wide band inputs. I have someone locally that has a new 6023 that I can purchase but the info I see says that is for dodge vehicles. This is confusing to me as my old mpvi pro could tune ford, gm , and dodge. so is it just that the module comes with vehicle specific credits. If so since there is no comparable product offered can I request a new application key so I can use the credits on GM cars since that is what I normally tune?

you could purchase GM, ford & dodge credits on ANY MPVI1 interface.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Bill,

Thank you for the quick response. I quess what I am actually asking is: The credits that come with the interface dongle are they GM, Ford, Or Dodge specific or are they simply credits?

    Thank you

MPVI1's are specific, you can see what credits it has on the customer page or via a vcm suite infolog while connected to the interface, those are the two best ways.
