    E38 Custom 2 Bar boosted 5.3L

Im in need of some help it seems i cant figure this out to save my life. I cant seem to find out why the truck wants to fall on its face like. I've tried everything to adding fuel to taking fuel away. I cant even get a base tune to work off of to start tuning the VE table. First the truck struggles to fail the maf right away but once it does it will idle perfectly fine. If the ECT is low and the IVT is low the truck seems to not fall on its face as much but gets worse as it warms up. Can someone look at the tune and see if anything is way off? From the log it looks like in some points the TPS and Advance drop off while the rpm and and map keep climbing. Im new to tuning in boost so bare with me. Truck has 1000cc injectors with doubled stoich and halved IFR, IVT terms. Also has COS 2 Bar

try [ecm4004] test rpm min set to zero, test enable delay to zero, ERT min zero, fail hi 2 low 1, should make it a little faster to SD, also effective area max fail [ecm2175] set to 200 when the maf is failed it uses that as a max area limit and it isnt enough for cold start, dont zero out offset v inj temp put stock numbers back in and divide by 3 and it should be close

it's got nothing to do with being n/a its an injector offset based on temp same as the voltage offset or vac offset they all have to suit the injectors

is your wideband correct showing 10.2:1 AFR or 0.70 lambda at 156kpa MAP and 15 degrees timings? that's super rich will make no power

I had the starting then stalling thing also, it was the TEST ENABLE DELAY and TEST ERT MIN for the MAF FAIL. For some reason nobody mentions to make those 0s. They are normally at 1sec, change it to 0s for both. It takes longer than 1 sec for the test to run so it's running off the MAF for that full second, and mine would usually stall before it failed due to that. I think it's more of a problem when you dont have the MAF plug connected as in my case, it would get no data from the MAF. If your MAF is connected and working, you may not notice it unless it's not calibrated correctly.

Your RPM doesnt look very smooth during the startup though.. it might be something different like it's running too rich but still change to 0, it wont hurt anything.

    New tune

Here is a new tune with updated MAF fail settings. Seems to work way better it will start on the first key on instead of having to cycle the key. Still no chnages anywhere else but having the problem still that i explained above. Wideband is now being logged.
