Does a corvette servo do anything without removing torque management?

My transmission was just rebuilt by a shop with a hd 2 shift kit and Vette servo. Under wot with torque management it has a sloppy 1-2
shift. Basically falls on it face And then picks back up hard.
After removing 60% torque management it shifts firmly
Is that normal or do you think I didn't get a Vette servo?

That looks like its normal. The torque management is doing its thing. As for the servo, you can take it out and look at it without pulling the pan.
