Help, when changing to 2 BAR OS, system runnig erradic

03 Silverado with On3performance kit. It will run and idle ok with no MAF installed and parameters for stock injectors even though per customer 80lb DELPHI injectors are installed with a 2 BAR MAP. When I change the OS to a 2 BAR set up and enter best I know for data on the injectors, it barely idles and the system running lean. I put back the original OS and it runs ok. Even tried leaving stock injectors data on at one point for the 2 BaR OS and it had no fueling. Your thoughts?

lots of issues with the tune, just a quick glance I notice maf DTC's set to no error reported, you don't need to go any further at that point...
