    Cammed LT4 Help

Anyone mind giving me some pointers for a bolt on and cam CTS-V. I tune quite a bit of Fords so am familiar with torque based ECUs but getting a good torque model is a bit frustrating on this one. Car is rich all over too.

SOI needing adjusted wouldn't cause it to be rich right? I went MAF only and it was still rich. Something needing adjusted from enhanced fuel lobe cam?

Would rather not have to keep this car long getting this right so if one of you guys that's tuned some cammed LT4 engines could get me something to get started I could send you some money even. I've tuned plenty of Gen 4 stuff so I could do the MAF and Speed Density tuning and experiment with timing but need a start on torque model, Driver Demand, and SOI. Also if I'm forgetting anything. PM me please if you don't mind helping out.

Well I decided to download a stock tune from the repository... Car was obviously modified before current owner got it and returned to stock but with tune left alone. MAF curve actually had 20-30% more fuel added so much have had a bigger tube CAI in it's past life. That's one obstacle down

All good now. Advice still appreciated though. Moral of the story...

Make sure you're starting with a stock tune not something with random changes.

I thought this was going to be a real struggle at first but was relieved. If hasn't been bad at all.

0.85 and mid 20s timing seem about right? Seems really happy here. Only knock I've seen with stock sensor sensitivity has been immediately after a shift I doubt was even real. I took care of the torque management causing it to lean out before shifts so held 0.85 steady right through the shift.
