HPs recommended process is to remove the radio and access it, but it can also be done by removing the console.
I had found it before they responded to me, but I think I would have preferred the console over the dash to avoid damaging the bezel.
Other vehicles may differ.
Yep gotta pull the bezel around the entire instrument cluster and then you can remove the radio. It's just below it.
