So, I want to use my HPT to tune vehicles for a shop, but some customers cars are located in states far away. Is there an option to send them a device to collect logs, then I can create a flash and have them flash it, then get the device back?
I do not want to send my HPTuner cable to them, too much chance it gets lost/damaged and then I would be out all of credits/licenses in my cable.
Unfortunately not, you might consider looking into the NGauge to see if that meets your needs though.

What does that mean from my end, using HPT, and how would it work?
you read the ecm with ngauge, import the file into hptuners, edit the file in hptuners, export to ngauge format send to customer.
