    2013 CTS-V p015d after header install

I have a friend who has a 2013 CTS-V and after LT install, it shows a p015d - delayed response (lean to rich) b2s1. I don't see a transport table like I believe the Fords have, so I was wondering if I turn off the CEL and set to not report, will the car pass emissions? The car doesn't have many miles with the LTs and has 43000 miles on it. I've never had to deal with emissions on my stuff so not sure which direction to go. TIA for any help.

"will the car pass emissions?" Probably, but be aware it is illegal to turn codes off to pass an emissions test.

Go to ENGINE -> FUEL -> OXYGEN SENSORS -> Integral Delay -> Airflow Mode

That should let you make the changes you need to without having to "cheat" and turn the code off.

Also look for any exhaust leaks, pinhole leaks can lead to additional delay at idle and trigger that code.
