    Need Help ASAP

Ok, I went to tune my truck, I read the file and saved using my last two credits. I then go to write the file and it tells me that in need to purchase a license for the file. I don't get it I already purchased the file for my truck vin. I have tried to re-read it and do it again but nope. Ive tried to uninstall HP Tuners and reinstall it and no luck I have to get this truck started today please help.

Does your vehicle use an FSCM or TCM that costs additional credits to license? That is typically the reason why it would ask you to license something upon flashing...either providing your .hpt file or a screenshot of the licensing screen would make it very simple to determine which it is.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

It is an 08 Silverado that only calls for 2 credits to tune according to the vehicles list. It does have a separate tcm though.

Is there anything that can be done on your end to reset it and just retry the license procedure? Here is a copy of the tune file.

Are you trying to write to the FPCM while you are writing to the PCM/TCM??
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Reread the file from the pcm, deselect fuel pump control module before reading it then you are good.

Definitely read the FSCM. Just do as Ben C stated and you will be fine. When you run the read utility, choose "Gather Info" and it will display all of the available modules. Set the FSCM to "Do Not Read" and proceed as normal.

It doesn't matter. As long as the file contains the read information, it will force you to license the module prior to flashing.
