I just did a quick read of the posts but did you tune your idle airflow tables correctly? I had a similar problem with the car dying after going into coast and surging at stop lights and it ended up being those tables.

I ended up playing with the torque tables a lot and it seemed to do fine for a while. Haven't flashed the car in 2 weeks but now, every once in a while, it'll die coasting down to a stoplight and has a mild surge before it settles sometimes. I just haven't had time to log it yet. I plan on doing it tomorrow. Z71, I see you have a SCJ TB. Did you use angle error to edit your torque tables?
