Fuel Injectors - Low Flow, High Flow and Standard?

Pretty much what the title states - just wondering if anyone knows how much you gain with the high flow GM option, the purpose or rather the point of the low flow option and if anyone has tune information for these?

Injectors are as follows with GM part numbers -

    5.3 Ecotec = 1268425

    6.2 LT1 - Low Flow = 12684128 High Flow = 12684127 OE = 12684126
    6.2 LT4 - Low Flow = 12684131 High Flow = 12684130 OE = 12684129
    2010 Vette Stock Bottom LS3 - LS2 APS Twin Turbo Kit, Trick Flow Heads and Custom Cam - 12psi - 714rwhp and 820rwtq / 100hp Nitrous Shot starting at 3000 rpms - 948rwhp and 1044rwtq still on 93
    2011 Vette Cam Only Internal Mod in stock LS3 -- YSI @ 18psi - 811rwhp on 93 / 926rwhp on E60 & 1008rwhp with a 50 shot of nitrous all through a 6L80

So the high flows "might" be able to get you around 20 to 50 more hp - or even that? Feel dumb for not knowing this, but I've always just done straight up lt4 swaps - didn't even know they offered the high flow ones :/ AND then what in the world are the low flow worth to anyone?

So for those out there looking to know. What is a reasonable MAX HP/TQ performance number for a gen 5 with no NOS or second set of injectors.

    LT1 fuel system?

    LT4 fuel system?

LT4 with cam lobe - 750 to 800 to the tires... LT1 with cam lobe - what does everything think - around 650's to 680's? About where I see them max anyway...

5.3 trucks have the same hpfp as the Lt1s. The only difference in the fuel system is the injectors.

Credit for this info goes to G huggins.
