2010 camaro can only read BCM but not pcm

2010 camaro SS, 6L80e auto car Its been down for a while. Was a cam only car that i built and tuned for the customer over a year ago.

    Now Ive done the following:
    carlyle Fab 9"
    Built powerglide
    416 cid stroker motor
    Vortech YSI blower .
    a2a intercooler
    15" conversion
And all of the supporting mods to go with these.

Ive gone through several laptops for tuning during the course of this build so i hooked up the laptop and interface to download the file and start writing my base tune.

When i try to download it tells me

"No vin detected. Please enter a vin or press cancel to continue. . . "

Once we are passed this step using either option, it only downloads the BCM file

If i attempt to write in a new tune from another previously licensed car it tells me "unlicensed vehicle"

Pcm fuses under the hood and in the trunk are getting full 12.5 bolts. All grounds good

    HELP !

BCM or TCM or PCM? This means no comm - if you removed the 6l80 - most likely one of the terminating resistors was in it - not sure haven't looked at a schematic... You need both resistors for the comm network to work...

    2011 Vette Cam Only Internal Mod in stock LS3 -- YSI @ 18psi - 811rwhp on 93 / 926rwhp on E60 & 1008rwhp with a 50 shot of nitrous all through a 6L80

Had a similar issue with PCM/TCM not matching and ended up having to purchase a new PCM and reload the entire program. Running a power glide I'm curious if might have to change over to an older non vin specific PCM, not sure about cars but the trucks were 07-08....just shooting in the dark
