The circuit board & passive components will tell you nothing much about how the thing works. I'm about 98% positive there is a custom programmed chip in there somewhere that tells the other stuff on the board what to do and when, and without a dump and reverse engineering of the code in that mystery chip, you're at the exact same point as before you even started.
It's gross trying to rip off someone whose took time to figure this out.
Figure it out on your own or buy his... but don't just blindly copy it. Especially something that runs a FBW throttle body.
