    Focus RS RDU....

I see in the VCM Scanner that parameters are available in the Focus RS RDU....

Are there any plans to add tuning support to the RDU??

I was out doing some data logging on one last night.
Awesome new support PID?s. Very pleased.

If you're using the latest Beta, you can re-read from your vehicle and the RDU will be part of the process. There are a few parameters available for the RDU, I'm working on adding more, but its a slow process of reverse engineering them directly and testing them.
Currently I have the thermal limitations and that's about it.

    Thanks Steven!

I was able to read the RDU but only if didn't read the ECU also.

When I tried a full read of both controllers, the software presented Invalid Checksum error and File Failed to Load. It saved the file, but when trying to open the file I get the same Invalid Checksum error.

    I'm currently using v.3.7.625.

Is this only for the Focus RS or will other vehicles AWD vehicles be supported? (my '16 Explorer sport has temp sensor in PTU and RDU that I can read in ForScan)

The AWD in those is controlled by the PCM. I looked into adding some parameters for it. Anything specific you want to change?

This one is odd, can you send the file you read that way to [email protected]?
When I test with my bench ECU setup, its a read of both at the same time.

I mainly just would like to be able to log trans, PTU, and RDU temperatures in my Explorer Sport. Sorry for the thread-jack.

I'd probably want some control over how much torque goes into the rear (lockup the RDU clutch sooner or more aggressively).
