I have had my tuner for about 3 hours and the ERR light stays on. When I hook to the vehicle and hit read it fails when it gets to erasing op sys. I'm so frustrated!! I have uninstalled everything and started over, still the same.

I did. I was hoping someone had the same problem and could help me today.
sounds like a firmware update issue to me, might be as simple as updating your software. Support should be able to figure it out though.
