i recieved a mail order tune. tried to open file and recieved unable to open file. unsupported or newer version detected. update software. i installed version 3.6 and i still recieve the error. what am i doing incorrectly?

Contact support. The tune could have been done in 3.7 Beta, if so you cannot open it with 3.6. You can also contact support and ask for access to 3.7 beta and try it.

Can you post the tune file here and i will see if I can open it with 3.7.

Ok I can confirm it opens with 3.7 Beta. Ask support if you can have access to 3.7 Beta, it will showup as a download in your customer center download section.
