42" tires on LS3 swap JK

I am finishing a tune on a Maggie'd LS3/ 6L80 swapped JK. It is lifted on 42" tires, and I am running into a limitation of only being able to tune for a max of 40" tires. It is causing some random shift issues, because the speed sensor thinks the Jeep is traveling 20 some-odd mph more than it actually is. Other than that, the Jeep runs fantastic.

is there a fix for this?

    Running v3.6.xx
