Looks like bank one is either dead/dying or there is a wiring issue on your hands. Bank 2 could be trying to compensate for it to keep it running.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
I had 2 different O2s in it with same results. I guess something has happened to the wiring. It basically just sat for a while. Oh well nothing surprises me with this stuff. Lol. Thanks for the imput!
