scanner layout not oping the same on two different devices

I am tying to use my laptop for tuning and just bought a window based tablet to use also for small changes and logging since more room in the car with it. The layout opens like it should on my laptop when I transfer it to the tablet and open the layout it adds pids that I was not using and deletes the ones I want. I dont understand what is going on. But I must be missing something minor since the layout doesn't open correctly on tablet.

I am pretty sure I have it all worked out I guess I didnt understand that what I save the layout is not also my channels so I have to do them seperate.
