4l60 1-2 shift slower the truck

I have been banging my head against this tune for 3 days now and I cant seem to find the issue. 1->2 shift is taking a really long time and the RPMS are dropping approx... 1800 during the shift. It is a 2003 silverado 4x4, stock motor, stock trans, stock converter. In the log file, look at time stamp around 23:33:07, and 23:36:44. Please advise if you see anything wrong with the tune. I just recently got this truck back and am trying to get her ready for a motor.

Stock stall converters are going to drop 1800rpm on the regular, you can't get around that. You'll need a 2500-3000 stall to stop it from dropping so much on the shifts.

You really need to work on your airflow tables, look at those fuel trims. Incorrect airflow/fueling tables can throw off other parts of the tune, like shifting.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

The big RPM drop from 1-2 on a 700/4L60 is caused by the gear ratios in the trans.
There are planetary gears that can change the ratios to a closer spread between 1-2.
As stated a higher stall converter will help with the RPM drop.

    700/4L60 Gear ratios:
    1 2 3 4
    3.059 1.625 1.000 0.696

    4L80 Gear ratios:

    1 2 3 4
    2.48 1.48 1.00 0.75

Thanks for the info! Ill work on getting a new stall and the air/fuel tables. Would that effect how long it takes to go into second?
