    Electronic Throttle > Overcurrent Limits?

Was bouncing through an old tune and noticed these tables that had been added - Protect Threshold / Protect Offset / Hardware Limit

Just wondering if these were here to help address something or how best to adjust them? Or maybe they've been there forever and I just really need new glasses

That's why I was wondering if it was something someone was experimenting with to possibly address a problem. Wonder what the problem may have been and how this may have addressed it?

It's not in my '17 LS3 file. Weird it would be available in a '13 os and not later. And I have no idea what it's for.

They have been out for a while, certainly after the P1516 tables were released though. I have not found a need to mess with them, the 1516 tables have taken care of any TB issues I have had.

I was more curious if this was a way to increase the amperage to the motor itself - I know Nick was experimenting with a lot of this before releasing his actual fix for the problem instead of the "bandaid" that's provided in the tune now...
