TCC wont lock in a 08 Corvette

I'm working with a 2008 Corvette with a intake, cam, exhaust, and a 3800rpm stall. As of right now trans tune is pretty much stock. I've made some changes to see if I can get the TCC to lock up with no success then put them back to stock. Everything in the tune says it should be locking as far as the vehicle speed vs tps position tables ect. but it doesn't. It will lock when commanded to in the scanner.

I've tuned other 6l cars with aftermarket converters and usually have problems with the TCC locking to much and having to adjust the tables so that the car drives well.

are you commanding 100% in the minimum table? I have made that mistake before, and would not allow the tcc lockup, had to be 99% or lower
