    Can't close layout windows, like charts or grah no X in upper right corner of window?

    hi
    As the title says there is no "X"in right upper corner to close the graph, charts or gauges windows.
    What should I do? I have tried to move the windows over but there is no x.

    Thank for the reply. I did full screen and reduced screen. Tried moving the windows to try and find the X. No go.

    I have had the same problem but in 3.6 looks like they are there.

    Layout Menu, uncheck Lock Layout

    Should be the last thing in the list.

    Up at the top.. log file, vehicle, layout, tools, help... pick layout, then lock layout

    Yes, I am finding lock layout but no check mark to click or unclick. How do you know it locked?

    There's a little mark to the left. Just select it and see if anything changes as far as your issue goes.
    Post a log and tune if you want help

    Yes, the mark to the left did change from Xs to no Xs. Thanks!

    Down loaded 3.6 same issue. Unchecked lock layout as Kieth said to do and the X appeared. Thanks Keith!
    I check that before because if I didn't the Layouts I created would revert back to the default layout even though I saved it. So I hope that doesn't happen again.
