lS3 crate engine - seems like low power at part throttle

Background. LS3/6L80e combo into a Jeep JK. It's been running for 2 years flawlessly. Unfortunately I wasn't smart enough to do some data logging while it was running fine to compare.

It just feels like the engine has low power between off-idle and 2,000 RPMs at part throttle. WOT operation seems to be unaffected.
I opened up the scanner this morning and drove it locally to collect this data. Two things that I saw. First, the IAT can spike pretty good (although I'm in Phoenix and it was in the 90s this morning when I did the test. Second, I don't see any information on fuel injector pulse width.

No MIL light, and no DTC codes are shown.

You should post the tune.
You need to post the tune so it can be compared to the log.
