Need a little help with scanner 3.0 set up please.

The problem I an having is for the afr and afr error. If I use Manifold absolute pressure in the layout it
only scans at the 1.00 through the rpms. If I use the Cylinder Airmass g it works fine but in the primary VE table uses
Manifold absolute pressure kpa. How do I get the scanner to work with Manifold absolute pressure kpa so it matches the VE table?
