Could someone look over my tune??

Well after a few days of testing and logging, I feel I have come up with a half decent tune... most KR has disappeared, but I think the reason I'm still getting some is due to my IAT being on average at 135*F!

Anyway here it is, if any I6 owners are in, try it out and let me know what you think.. its a pretty safe tune...

    Thanks

hey bro... i just looked over your tune and it looks pretty good. one question i have is why is your PE delay set to almost 5,000 RPM??? I have my PE enable at 2400 RPMS and at 70% throttle. that way i can enter PE as soon as i hit my gas as i drive around at like 2000-2200 RPMS

other thing i would change if i were you is under your Torque Management tab i would go to the Spark retard reduction and 0 those tables out becuase they pull timing to reduce the torque your motor puts out

great, thanks for the tip, i wasn't too sure what the spark retard did so i just left it as it was...If i zeroed them alllll out with this give noo TM whatsoever??

and about the PE, would i get more "power" if i enabled it at around 2400rpm?? I'm still very new to all this tuning..

you'll get PE to enable at that RPM as opposed to 4800.... it's more like getting that power earlier and longer that have in the upper RPMS lower.. i am fairly new to tuning as well... and yes if you zer out that spark retard table you won;t have any more TM except what ever your other tables are at...

How many PE parameters have to be met in order to enter PE mode? Just changing the enable RPM will not necessarily cause PE to come on sooner.

Well, on the I5, I know that theres about 3 or 4, but the rest of them are set in such a way, that really the RPM controlls it. I set mine to 850 rpms so I can have that power before I even hit a 60' marker on the strip.

I assume you have separate tunes for the track and "normal" driving. Otherwise your gas bill is going to be enormous.

whys that? if your talking about PE use the pe enable tps vs rpm table
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

That table really isn't relevant if your TPS is 100 WOT because WOT is over all the stock values in that table correct? Is there any reason it wouldnt be in PE at WOT?

Is there any way to actually log if the computer is in PE mode or not using the scanner?

huh? thats what its used for...to determine tps enable % to enter pe.

yeah if one of the enablers isnt enabled like a time enabler or rpm enabler
