Scanner Fuel Pump Duty Cycle Stuck at 99.6% with Software Reinstall

I got a new laptop, noticed FP DC is pegged at 99.6% all the time, before it would vary around 50%. Then I got another new Laptop and copied the Scanner folder (all of channels, layouts, etc) to that laptop and same thing is happening.

I havent tried my original laptop yet as I think I deleted the files from it... not sure...

Should this be happening? I literally have every log from before and after the event started and I did not flash the ECU or make changes to scanner other than re-install on new laptop.

How can I tell if it's legitly running at 99% DC, or the scanner is misreporting?

Well, tried the old laptop and it still worked. On the new laptop removing the broken channel and re-adding it fixed it. Now I wonder how many other channels are broken...

I don't understand what the difference is, but there is one. The one in question is "Fuel Pump Commanded DC"

I'm having the same issue however I didn't change computers. Was working fine and then just stopped. Removed channel and re added and still no go. The only thing I did was switch my channels and layout to do some airflow work and when I switched back to my standard channels and layout it stays stuck at 99.6.

    Anyone figure this out?

Mine is stuck at 99.6, too.

buggy software but was fixed long ago. IF the current 3.6 isnt working for you email support ask for 3.7 BETA, it should fix it. If not, let them know and they will fix it in the next daily BETA release. They are pretty good and quick.

I tried the latest software yesterday. Still no luck. Didn't try beta. I did email support months ago about the issue. Never heard back.

If you emailed months ago and haven't heard back, your email was likely lost in transit. Please send again.

What info do you need because my fuel pump always reads 99.6 DC, too.

I tried to fix/repair, delete and add the channel back, etc., but no dice.

Same problem here with V3.6.26. Fuel pump DC always reads 99.6%

Is there a fix for this issue yet?

I really need to know the duty cycle on my fuel pump since I switched to E85.

    Thanks!

email support if you have an issue.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

A wise man once said "google it"

Figured this out at least in my case. You have to log fuel pump commanded duty cycle under FSCM not ECM. The one under ECM always reads 99.6%. fuel pump duty cycle under FSCM is the one that reads correctly. Not sure why no one mentioned this. I just happened to see it mentioned in another thread.

I don't get fuel pump commanded duty cycle under FSCM for some reason.

I just get this and when I click fscm it doesn't do anything.

Mine has folders under it like the ECM. Maybe the software is not recognizing it. You might try a read entire with the new software vcm editor and see if it recognizes it.

I noticed last night that my injector duty cycle has disappeared completely.

Maybe I need to reinstall the suite?

I already tried to re-pull all broadcasted channels and it didn't show.
