Should be right in here, and then play with it until you get your trims right

What's your base pressure, and are you running a rising rate fuel pressure regulator and a bottle neck fix in the fuel pump module?

they only list 850cc or 1000cc injectors. so first you need to figure out if you have 850 or 1000. then you need to email them and see if the info they provide for the ngc3 CAN pcm is the same for the previous NGC3 non CAN pcm. if not they need to provide you with new info. but they offer by far the best info of anyone ive seen.

base pressure of 50 psi rising rate regulator and yes BNF in the fuel pump module

You have to consider the fact that the values that FIC is providing for scaling the injectors is assuming a stock fuel system pressure (which is 58 psi). Furthermore, although the FIC1000's are stated to be previously known as the 900 cc/min injectors, it's not entirely clear if there was a legitimate increase in flow, or if the rating was simply revised based on further testing.

Based off of the fact that you're seeing 33% fuel trims, and just running some rough calculations based off of your injector size and base fuel pressure, I would use the following data:

    Pulsewidth---Fuel Mass (grams)
    0.176---------0
    0.2------------0.000398438
    0.28----------0.001646875
    0.36----------0.002895313
    0.44----------0.004157031
    0.52----------0.005405469
    0.6-----------0.006667188
    0.68----------0.007915625
    0.76----------0.009177344
    2.0-----------0.02411875
    3.0-----------0.036164844
    4.0-----------0.048210938
    5.0-----------0.060257031
    10------------0.1204875
    37------------0.445771875

Try that out, and it should get you closer. Also make sure you're using the proper voltage offset values given your base fuel pressure, and you may also need to play with the vacuum mult table (might have to set it all to 1.0 since you are running a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, and the Stage 2 setup - which is what your base calibration file is - was not based on rising rate).

not to thread jack but how did you get so many damn breakpoints for pw and fuel mass? ive got an 04 as well and my PW vs Fuelmass table only has 11 where yours has 15 on both. is there a way to add more that I'm missing?

It's inherent to the Mopar S2 and S3 code.

the aem truboost gauge is at -20 vac at idle, no exhault leak, no boost leak. Even if my stft is at -* 5 all over the LTFT is at -33 at idle even daily sometimes swing from -33 to -20 or so . The car is on my dyno i can stay in every cell to make sure the pcm make change but no matter my ltft is all over the place . here is the tune

Also having knock problem i am logging with a diablo the knock STFT always having 1 up t 5 deggre of knock at 5000 to redline even if i lower the timing 5 degree next dyno run i will have again 5 degree or knock

Let's see some logs of this thing in action to go along with that tune file.

Why did you enable O2 S1B2? You don't have a bank 2... Not that I expect that to be throwing things off, but I'd revert that to disabled just to avoid trouble, anyway.
