injector disable strange result

2012 3.6L Camaro LFX. When using the injector disable I notice no change of RPM or A/F ratio when I disable injectors #1 or #2. 3 - 6 disable big RPM drop A/F goes way lean. So I tried injectors #7 & #8, big RPM drop and A/F goes lean. So how do I figure which injector is which cylinder??? or something in the Tuners software or my ECM?

I also had a strange result. I disabled ALL of the injectors on a 411 PCM, V6 4.3L with distributor, and the engine kept running. Not sure whats going on!
