Credit purchase problem

Yesterday I purchased 2 gm credits as I have have done for the last 8 years. I received a new key but it did nothing. I emailed support last night and this morning got a response that I had not purchased credits but some interface enhancement "user defined parameters". I have the email with the new code and at this point am very confused. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. #79184 The only thing different is I recently updated to the latest software.

If you purchased the credits through the website (Customer Center / Order Upgrades), the page has three fields for the quantity of desired credits (GM, Ford and Dodge). If you purchased your credits that way, you should have gotten the credits. The software version should not matter.
