09 G8 GT 6l80 to TR6060 Questions

So im swapping a TR6060 from a 2010 Camaro ss into my 09 G8 GT. I have bought the complete engine harness out of a GXPM6 that plugs straight into the E38 and has all the connector provisions for the tr6060. So my question is, what do i need to do on HP tuners to get the car started and driving. I heard some people needing to grab files from Holden Commodores, why wouldnt i just be able to reprogram the ECM with a file from a GXP? Is the BCM going to be pissed(need to be reprogrammed too?) Im sure there are things im missing that i dont even know about. Any help is appreciated.

First, don't just flash your ECM with a GXP file that you downloaded. Second, the 09.5 (all GXPs) had a different OS than the 08-09, and some of it is not interchangeable. They use different throttle bodies - also not interchangeable. Maybe see about a segment swap for the manual transmission, then make any changes to your tune file that you read from your vehicle.
