I can not figure out what I am missing on this CTSV. To start it is a Custom SD 1bar operating system with a custom return style fuel so EVAP is deleted. Readiness monitors that will not set are EVAP, o2 sensor, and Heated o2. Everything I can see is set to no report and SES enabled checked off.
