    lsu 4.9

I have a innovate mtx wideband currently installed and I think the sensor is going south on me. The gauge was shipped with a 4.2 sensor and would like to know if it worth it to upgrade to a 4.9 sensor.

Can you just swap to a 4.9 sensor? I don't think you can.. I had constant issues with my 4.2 MTX-L. Switched to PLX 4.9 for a year or so and never a single issue. Using AEM 30-0333 right now, no issues so far.. been 7 months or so

No you have to change out the cable also to the tune of $100 for the cable and sensor. I understand that you get a little more resolution with the 4.9. I have been getting strange readings with my current setup.

The reason I think it is getting flaky is if I am running in SD with steady throttle I see reading go from. 95 to 1.05 for no apparent reason and other times it will read steady as it should.
