So if i did the math right. So 73lbs/hr = .009198 g/ms X injpw=fuel mass if this is right then just have to rework VE table

Did you make VE adjustments? And yes from what i can tell and the info youve given your math seems to be correct.

I just tried new numbers. idles is now around 10.5 to 11AFR.but as soon as i put it in gear it goes right to 14.7 and runs there right up to WOT then it floods out. made some adjustments on VE biggest error was 7%. put in a little more fuel with stoich got AFR down to 13.8 will take it down more after i get idle in park up some. Thinking injoff set may be off play with it tomorrow

Getting closer the WOT flooding was converter overtemp and Exhaust overtemp setting. but fuel ratio commanded is 14.7 and can't find a way to lower it. but its running good now just need FA down to

Are you trying to disable closed loop fuel control, and run it rich at low load/part throttle intentionally for some reason? Typically you would want to allow the PCM to maintain control of closed loop control at part throttle conditions (which will then use Short and Long Term Fuel Trims to bring AFR into 14.7:1 - or more accurately, a Lambda of 1.0) in order to maintain some sense of decent fuel economy, and so as not to run it excessively rich at low load and wash out the cylinders. 12.5 is an OK AFR to run at WOT, but normally with turbocharged applications on pump gas, I try to run them a bit more conservative than that, especially depending on how restrictive the hot side of the turbo setup is.

Have you looked over the WOT Delay settings? That could be part of the problem if there's a delay set up.

johnwrench use this Inj data. It was derived from injector data directly from Siemens.

Jesus, it's the blind leading the blind,,,Trying to use a fixed scalar to increase the entire injector mass flow 300% is just F'en hack.
