    commanded throttle vs. actual throttle

At full pedal, 100% commanded throttle, the most throttle i see in the scanner is 39.1%. What's up with that? I don't have anyone to push the pedal while I look at the t.b.

Make sure your logging the right tps reading - log multiples if need be until you find the one that displays correctly... Unless your way low on power - I would bet it's opening up correctly...
