Can I use the MPVI Pro as a J2534 pass thru programmer?

I'm just curious if this is possible. I'm sure the answer is...... yes and no? I suspect its yes.... in the aspect that I can program anything I want. But no as in unless I know exactly what was changed in a program update I cant reprogram it as there is probably no real definite was to obtain the stock software in a format that could be used in VCM Suite. Plus I'd probably have to use 2 credits every time on a new car to reprogram it.

Any input on this theory? Thanks

The MPVI does not support J2534.

That's too bad. It seams that the hardware would be capable.

Can I assume that it will never happen because of programming licensing?
