c6 corvette 6l80 wont take tune

Hello, We have an 08 c6 A6 6l80 that is having an issue talking the tcm. Transmission was swapped and tuned prior to this issue so we are not sure why Hp tuners wont get past the controller unlock faze of the flash. Car will run and drive with the current trans tune but we cant change it. Any input would be great.

The TCM has to be mated to the car by programming the VIN into it with a Tech 2. Or, you can use the TCM from the transmission you just pulled out.
