ls3 rev limiter question

wanting to get rev limiter to act more like fast acting stutter I set control method spark=enabled fuel cut =enabled etc=disabled.also set rpm hyst at 50 rpm,read in other post to play with cmd torque delta but not sure what to do there. any help here would be appreciated . thanks

I can't see any good reason to do this. I personally try to stay off the rev limiter if at all possible, it's there for a reason.
