3rd gen/built 4l60e/2400 stall. Wants to take off on its own?

Working on an old C10 truck with a 5.3/prc heads/and comp cam. Don't have the cam specs at the moment. has a Boss hog stall in the 2400 range. I've lowered the Idle speed quite a bit to the 650 range and reduced the Throttle cracker airflow table and it helped reduced the truck trying to take off and cruise on its own. was cruising up to 20mph and shifting all the way up to into OD. Got it down to around 8mph but don't want to reduce the idle too much. Set all the transmission settings down to pretty much stock compared to what I normally do when tuning other vehicles. Wondering if my only other option is raising the Force Motor current table in the left side of the table would help reduce this. I can only lower the idle so much before getting into cam surge or truck sounding like its running poorly. Still on a base toon using SD only at the time before its lined out then back to a mix of MAP/MAF like stock. Wondering if trans builder cranked up the pressure internally in the trans when they built it and then theres no other way around this problem.

I forgot to post the tune in this section. I had posted it in the transmission section. Base idle airflow is dialed in to zero trim. No added airflow rolling off the line either. owner put 100 miles on the truck since the base tune the other night. Says its better than it was after putting some miles on it. Might have to lower the cracker airflow even more tho I zeroed out the lower side of it which had helped a good bit. Its cable driven throttle body. Never had to mess with any of the IACV tables before so not sure which route I would have to go on there. Tps position is zero at idle.

I do not have any logs of the iacv counts. I'm going to do some more tuning on it tomorrow to finish lining out the VE and Maf table. I'll do some more research tonight on the IAC info and settings before my trip over there.

Your in gear idle air flow appears to be way too high - might could try lowering it down more in line with the N and P settings... Your IAC steps also don't look OE? Might want to shift them to the left - down around 12 to 14... Didn't have an OE tune to compare to, but seem to remember them being around there...
